	The company
	Nirbhay Rasayan Pvt. Ltd. is the flagship company of the Kothari Group of Industries. The company was incorporated in 1987, and started manufacturing activity of Copper Phthalocyanine and Phthalo pigments in 1993. Board of directors headed by Mr. P.R.Kothari manages the company.
	The Plant and Production capacity
	The company set up a plant in 1993 for manufacturing CPC and Phthalo Pigments at MIDC, Tarapur – an industrial zone about 100 kms from Mumbai. The plant has an existing production capacity of 1200 TPA.  The plant is designed to make high quality CPC Blue Crude suitable for making pigments and dyes. It is also equipped to manufacture 600TPA of Phthalocyanine blue 15.0,15.1 and 15.3 .The plants is manned by qualified and experienced and dedicated staff members.

	Safety and environment
	The Company has a well designed effluent treatment plant to give adequate treatment to the effluent, The plant design also incorporates adequate scrubbers to absorbs the gases evolved in the process.
